Bill to amend the Prevention of Money Laundering Act read in Parliament
On Monday, 2nd October 2017 the bill to amend the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Chapter 373 of the Laws of Malta received its first reading in parliament. The amendments will become effective once the legislative process is completed.
